How does the Monterey Bay Aquarium schedule school programs?

Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

I submitted an application form for a school program reservation. When will I find out the date and program my class received?

Reservation confirmations will be sent out approximately three to six weeks after we receive your application. Check with your school or district office or with the teacher who was listed as the Lead Teacher on your application. If it has been seven weeks and you still haven't received a confirmation, please call (831) 647-6886 or (866) 963-9645 or email School Programs.

I need to bring more than 120 students to the Aquarium. Is that possible?

On a case by case basis, we may be able to accommodate requests to bring more than 120 students on a field trip visit Mondays through Wednesdays from September through February. Please call Cyndi Fox at (831) 644-7538 for more information.
